  • Karting

        Karting is a variant of open-wheeler motor sport with simple, small four-wheeled vehicles called karts. Karting is commonly perceived as the stepping stone to the higher ranks of motor sports, but they can also be used for hobby or just plain old fun.
        Karts were originally created in the United States in the 50's, after World War II by airplane pilots,  interested in inventing a sport for their free time. Art Ingels is generally accepted to be the father of karting. A veteran race car builder at Kurtis Kraft, he built the first kart in Southern California in 1956. Karting rapidly spread to other countries, and currently has a large following around the globe.

  • Faial Karting

        Located in the north of Madeira Island,  the Faial kart track is installed in one of the prettiest coves of Madeira. The track is 1040 meters long and provides to thrilling emotions and adrenalin rushes.
        The Kart track organizes many competitions and meetings related with kart and other motor sports. Along with this, they also organize, duly regulated races between groups of friends or companies, to create relational bonds between all, prized with the remission of trophies and racing certificates.
